Do you meet the return requirements?

First, check if you meet our return policy requirements before you start a return. Below is a sum-up of our return policy requirements.

• Your order should be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.
• The item you wish to return is unused, unworn, undamaged and can be resold.
• The item and the packaging are in its original condition
• The item has not been personalized or engraved.

We cannot accept returns that do not meet the criteria above.

What if my return is rejected?

Each return will be thoroughly inspected by our return department before it is accepted for a refund or exchange. If returned items are damaged and unsellable, we are obliged to deduct a repair fee of €10-€50, depending on the extent of the damage and additional time required. Alternatively, we can send back the item as-is for a shipping fee of €9. Therefore, please make sure to pack your return or exchange according to the instructions provided.

How to pack my return?

When returning your order make sure to send everything back in a complete and original state. Returns that are not returned in complete and original state will be rejected.
