Can I get a refund for a personalized/engraved item/order?Updated a year ago

Personalized or engraved items are made to order and, therefore, and can not be refunded or exchanged for another size.

We encourage you to take a good look at our size charts before you engrave or personalize any item. If you're unsure, we recommend choosing an alternative option, such as personalizing a gift card box.

However, at NineTwoFive we're always willing to work with our customers because we understand that things do not always go as planned. In some cases, we can make an exception and offer you a size exchange for an engraved item for an additional fee. The fee can vary anywhere from €10-€100 depending on your item, requirements and the additional time required. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returning personalized items

At NineTwoFive, we pride ourselves on offering a range of personalization options to make your jewelry or gift uniquely yours. While these bespoke touches often come at no extra cost, they do influence your ability to return or exchange items. Here’s a detailed look at how our personalization affects our return policy:

1. Personalized jewellery

Our engraving service adds a unique, personal touch to your jewelry. However, please note that once an item is engraved, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size. The only exceptions are our "Adam" and "Rami" bracelets, which can be exchanged for another size. Our skilled artisans use laser technology for engraving, which permanently alters the item. If you realize you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us so we can explore potential solutions.

2. Personalized Box

Should you choose to return an order that includes a personalized gift box, a fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund to account for this customization. However, if you opt for store credit instead of a refund, this fee will be waived.

3. Personalized Leather Pouch

In the case of returns involving an order with a personalized leather pouch, a deduction of €10 will be applied to your refund. Like with the personalized box, choosing store credit negates this deduction.

4. Personalized order note

We value your heartfelt messages and won't charge any fee for the personalized order note, regardless of whether you opt for a refund or store credit.
