What is not included in the lifetime warranty?Updated a year ago

Our lifetime warranty only covers design flaws, meaning it does not cover scratches, dents, bent material, lost items and tarnished silver. All of these can happen over time. Below is an overview of excluded situations:

• Material damage like scratches, dents, holes etc.
• Items that you lost.
• Changes in color, e.g. natural tarnishing.
• Bent materials or cracks from bending materials too often.
• Damage from incorrect usage.
• Modification or damage done by someone other than us.
