Why can’t I use my points?

If you can’t use your points, check the following:


You don’t have enough points

You need at least:

500 points = €5 reward


You’re not in your cart

Points can only be used in the cart — not at checkout.

  • Go to your cart
  • Scroll down to the loyalty section
  • Select your reward

You’re not logged in

Make sure you are logged in to your account.


The dropdown is not visible

If you don’t see the dropdown:

  • You may not have enough points
  • Your points may not be added yet (order not shipped)
