Why can’t I use my points?

If you can’t use your points, check the following:
You don’t have enough points
You need at least:
500 points = €5 reward
You’re not in your cart
Points can only be used in the cart — not at checkout.
- Go to your cart
- Scroll down to the loyalty section
- Select your reward
You’re not logged in
Make sure you are logged in to your account.
The dropdown is not visible
If you don’t see the dropdown:
- You may not have enough points
- Your points may not be added yet (order not shipped)
