Can I Order a Custom Chain Length?

Yes, in many cases we can make chains in a custom length.

If you would like a chain to be shorter or longer than the standard length shown on the product page, you can request this as a custom order. This can be useful if you prefer a specific fit, want the chain to sit higher or lower on your chest, or want to layer it with other chains.

To request a custom chain length:

1. Choose the chain you would like to order.
2. Select CUSTOM where available, or use the customisation option on the product page.
3. Enter your preferred chain length in centimeters or inches.
4. Add any extra details in the customisation notes.

Please make sure to enter the full length you would like the chain to be, measured from end to end.

For custom chain lengths, an additional €10 is added for every extra 5 cm.

Custom chain requests are reviewed individually. In most cases, adjusting the length is possible, but this may depend on the design, chain type, clasp, pendant, and availability of materials.

Please note that custom chains are made separately in Bali and typically take 8–10 weeks to produce.
