Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

We know how important it is to stay updated — and we’re here to help.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we rely on the courier’s tracking system to provide updates.
During holidays, sales, or other busy periods, tracking may take longer to update — even while your package is already on its way.
What to Do If It’s Taking Too Long
If there’s no tracking update for 7 days, we can open an official investigation with the courier.
Once we receive confirmation from them, we’ll send you a free replacement if your order is considered lost.
Orders in transit can’t be cancelled or refunded. If you no longer want the item, you can return it after it arrives.
