When Can I Get a Refund?

We want you to love your NineTwoFive piece — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
- Request a refund, exchange, or gift card within 30 days of delivery
- During holiday or promotional periods, this window is reduced to 15 days
We’re unable to refund items that:
- Have already been exchanged
- Are damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the allowed window
- Were bought during a giveaway, clearance, or final-sale
- Are engraved or personalized (once production starts, they can’t be canceled)
Exchanges are possible for other products, sizes, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In original packaging
- Unworn and unused
- In resellable condition
If we can’t resell the item, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return shipping is at your expense — unless your item arrived damaged.
In that case, we’ll cover the shipping and send you a replacement.
