Do You Meet the Exchange Requirements?

• Before initiating an exchange, please ensure your order meets our return criteria. Below is a summary of our return policy:
• Your order must be returned within 30 days of receiving it.
• During holiday seasons or promotional periods, this window is reduced to 15 days. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and resellable.
• The item must not be personalized or engraved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
