Can I Exchange a Personalized or Engraved Item?

In general, personalized or engraved items are not eligible for exchange — whether it’s for another size, a different item, or a gift card.
We strongly recommend checking our size charts before engraving or personalizing any item.
Exception: Products with a Separate Clasp
Some of our products feature a detachable clasp, with the engraving placed on the clasp rather than the main piece.
For these items, it’s possible to exchange for a different size, since the engraved clasp can be reused.

- Kamal Chain
