Why didn’t I receive my points?

If you don’t see your points yet, don’t worry — there are a few common reasons.


Your order hasn’t shipped yet

Points are added after your order has been shipped.

If your order is still being processed, your points will appear once it has been fulfilled.


You haven’t joined the loyalty program

You only earn points after joining the Inner Circle.

Make sure you have created an account and are logged in.


Your order was placed before joining

Points are only awarded for orders placed after joining the loyalty program.


Your order was placed before the program launched

Orders placed before the loyalty program started do not qualify for points. We launched the program on April 2, 2026.


Your order was refunded

If your order was refunded (fully or partially), the points from that purchase are adjusted accordingly.
