Why did my points disappear?

If your points balance changed, there is usually a clear reason.

You returned an order

Points earned from refunded items are removed.

Your points expired

Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

You redeemed your points

When you use points, they are converted into a reward and removed from your balance.

Negative balance

If you used points from an order that was later refunded, your balance may go negative.
