When can I get a refund?

We want you to love your NineTwoFive piece — but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

  • Request a refund, exchange, or gift card within 60 days of delivery.

We’re unable to refund items that:

  • Have already been exchanged
  • Are damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the allowed window
  • Were bought during a giveaway, clearance, or final-sale
  • Are engraved or custom pieces (once production starts, they can’t be canceled).

Exchanges are possible for other products, sizes, or store credit.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unworn and unused
  • In resellable condition

If we can’t resell the item, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Return shipping is at your expense, unless your item arrived damaged.
In that case, we’ll cover the shipping and send you a replacement.
