Our 4-Layer Protection
1. Day 1 – Guaranteed 925 Sterling Silver
Your jewellery is made from solid 925 sterling silver — it will never fade, flake or rust. That’s our material guarantee.
2. Within 48 Hours – Delivery Check
Noticed damage, scratches or a human error when opening your order?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll provide a free replacement, repair or another solution.
3. First 12 Months – Full Design Flaw Coverage
If your jewellery breaks due to a design flaw, we’ll replace or repair it free of charge.
You cover return shipping — we handle the rest.
4. Lifetime – Long-Term Protection
If your item breaks after 12 months due to a design flaw, we’ll still repair or replace it — just for a small fee (30–50%) to cover materials and handling.
Note: External repairs or accidental damage are not covered.
Covered by the Lifetime Warranty
- Broken or malfunctioning clasps
- Snapped bracelet or chain links
- Loose or cracked natural stones
- Soldering issues (bracelets, chains or rings)
Not Covered
- Scratches, dents, or bent materials
- Lost or stolen items
- Tarnishing (a natural effect of silver)
- Damage from improper use
- Items modified by third parties
Shipping Costs
- Within 72 hours: We cover all shipping
- Within 12 months: You pay return shipping; we handle repair & reship
- After 12 months: You pay shipping + a reduced repair/replacement fee
Once repaired or replaced, your warranty resets from that moment on.
