• Damaged or incomplete returns
• Engraved or custom items
• Express shipping costs

1. Engraved jewellery
Our engraving adds a personal, lasting touch — which means most engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, the following items can be exchanged for a different size, as the engraving is placed on a detachable clasp:
