Within 48 hours of delivery
Noticed damage, scratches, or an issue?
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include clear photos
We’ll provide a free replacement, repair, or another suitable solution.
Within the first 12 months
If your piece breaks due to a design flaw:
- We’ll repair or replace it free of charge
- You only cover the return shipping
After 12 months
Still covered for design flaws:
- We’ll offer a repair or replacement
- A reduced fee may apply, depending on the item and damage
What’s covered vs what’s not covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use or external factors.
This includes:

- Tarnishing (natural for silver)
- Lost or stolen items
- Third-party repairs or modifications
Shipping costs
- Within 48 hours: we cover all shipping
- Within 12 months: you cover return shipping, we handle the rest
- After 12 months: you cover shipping and a reduced service fee
