What are the rules for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The return is initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
• The item and its original packaging are returned in full.
• The item has not been personalized or engraved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these criteria.

What if my return doesn’t meet the requirements?

Each return is carefully inspected by our returns team.

If your item is returned damaged or in unsellable condition (e.g. scratches or breakage), we can:

• Return it to you in its current condition, with a return shipping fee applied, or
• Apply a repair fee, depending on the extent of the damage.
