What about shipping costs under the Lifetime Warranty?

Here’s how shipping works when you make use of our Lifetime Warranty:

• Within 48 hours of delivery: We’ll cover all shipping costs for repairs or replacements.
• Within the first 12 months: The repair or replacement is free, but you’ll cover the initial return shipping to us.
• After 12 months: You’ll cover the full shipping cost both ways, plus a small repair/replacement fee (30–50% of the total price of the jewellery). Once repaired or replaced, your warranty resets from that moment on.
