- Contact the courier with your tracking number — they may have more delivery details
Still Can’t Find It?
Contact us and we’ll start an official investigation with the courier.
- To do this, we’ll ask you to sign a short, legally binding statement confirming you haven’t received the package.
- This allows us to open the case, protect against fraud, and move toward a resolution.
The investigation may take up to 10 business days.
Once completed and confirmed, we’ll send you a new package right away.
