Received a damaged item. Can I return it?

We’re sorry to hear your item arrived damaged.
While every piece is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, in rare cases minor damage may still occur.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
- Our team will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution — such as a free replacement, a repair, or a gift card as compensation.
- In line with our lifetime warranty, we’re of course happy to replace items that arrive with damage.
Please note:
- We’re unable to accept damage claims reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
What about damaged packaging?
We take great care in packaging your order, but unfortunately, we can’t control how packages are handled during shipping.
While we cannot replace damaged packaging, we’re happy to help if the product inside is also damaged.
