When is a return rejected?

Returns may be rejected if:

• The item is sent back outside the allowed return period, or
• The item is not in resellable condition (e.g. used, worn, or damaged).

What happens if my return is rejected?

If your return is rejected, we offer the following options:

• We can return the item to you in its current condition, with a return shipping fee applied, or
• In some cases, we may offer a gift card with a service or repair fee deducted, depending on the condition of the item and your specific situation.
