Points expiration
Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Returns and refunds
If you return an order:

If points were already used, your balance may become negative.
Discount code rules

Common questions
Why didn’t I receive points?
Possible reasons:
- You are not part of the loyalty program
- The order was placed before joining
- The order has not been shipped yet
- The order was refunded
Why is my tier not updating?
Tiers are based on spending after joining — not past purchases.
