How long does a return take?

Once we receive your return, our returns team will review it within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been approved or rejected.

How do I track my return?

When you initiate your return through our Return Portal, we’ll provide you with a shipping label. This label includes track & trace, so you can follow your package and see exactly when it’s been delivered to us.

What happens after approval?

For exchanges:
We’ll ship your new size or item within 48 hours of approval.

For refunds:
