You can make changes as long as the edit or cancel option is still visible on your order.

We begin processing orders in the morning of every workday.
Once your order is being processed, the option to edit, cancel, or change details will no longer be available.

Already being processed?

If the edit or cancel option is no longer visible, your order is already being prepared.

You can still contact our customer support team as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed at this stage.

Already shipped?

Once your order has been shipped:

  • It can no longer be canceled or modified
  • You can still return or exchange your item after delivery
