Can I get a refund for a personalized or engraved item?

Our personalized items are made just for you — and that makes them truly special. Because of their custom nature, they generally can’t be refunded or exchanged.

• Items made to order
• Custom sizes or special requests

Size exchange for engraved items

Engraved items are generally not eligible for size exchanges due to their personalized nature.

However, some of our pieces feature a detachable clasp, with the engraving placed on the clasp rather than the main piece. For these items, a size exchange is possible, as the engraved clasp can be reused.
