The fastest way to update your shipping address is via your order status page.
- Go to your order status page
- Update your shipping details there
You can make changes as long as the edit option is still visible on your order.
We begin processing orders in the morning of every workday.
Once your order is being processed, the option to edit, cancel, or change the address will no longer be available.
Already being processed?
If the edit option is no longer visible, your order is already being prepared.
You can still contact our customer support team as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed at this stage.
Already shipped?
Once your order has been shipped:
- Address changes must be requested directly with the courier
- Use your tracking link or the courier’s website/app
Please note that not all couriers allow changes after shipment.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address
If your order is returned to us:
- We’ll contact you to confirm the correct address
- A reshipping and handling fee may apply
