Why is my tracking not updating?Updated a year ago

We understand how important it is for you to track your order and receive it as soon as possible. However, sometimes there may be delays in the delivery process, especially during holidays or other high-volume periods. Please have patience during these times, as carriers may be experiencing higher than usual package volumes.

Additionally, please understand that once we have shipped your order, the shipping process is largely outside of our control. The carrier is responsible for delivering your package to its destination, and we rely on their tracking information to provide updates on your order.

If you are experiencing a delay in the tracking information updating, please note that carriers require a minimum of 7 days without any tracking updates before we can initiate an investigation. If we have received the outcome from the investigation, and you still have not received your order we will be able to send you another shipment for free.

We are unable to cancel or refund orders that are still in transit. If you wish to cancel your order you will have to wait for your order to arrive and send it back to us.
