When can I get a refund?Updated a year ago

We want you to love your purchase from NineTwoFive, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or a NineTwoFive gift card for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note, our refund policy is extended to 60 days during the following gifting periods: Christmas, Valentine and Father's Day.

We cannot refund items that have previously been exchanged or sent back to us damaged, incomplete or purchased during a giveaway, clearance, or final-sale, we do offer exchanges for other products, sizes, or gift cards. We understand that finding the perfect piece of jewellery can take time, so we're here to help you find something you'll love. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us

Lastly, we cannot refund or exchange items that have been engraved or personalized due to the fact that these items are made to order. Once we've started the product process of customizing your item the order cannot be canceled. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unused. If for any reason we're unable to resell your item, we cannot provide a refund or exchange

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless your item was received damaged, in which case we'll arrange a replacement.

To start a return, you can fill in the return form here. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
