But please note that we do not offer refunds on previously exchanged items, final-sale items, damaged items, engraved items or express shipping costs. However, to still provide you with the best possible service we do offer exchanges for other products, sizes, or gift cards. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Below is an overview of personalized items that are not refundable.
1. Personalized jewellery
Our engraving service adds a unique, personal touch to your jewelry. However, please note that once an item is engraved, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size. The only exceptions are our "Adam" and "Rami" bracelets, where an exchange for another size is possible. Our skilled artisans use laser technology for engraving, which permanently alters the item. If you realize you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us so we can explore potential solutions.
2. Personalized Box
Should you choose to return an order that includes a personalized gift box, a fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund to account for this customization. However, if you opt for store credit instead of a refund, this fee will be waived.
3. Personalized Leather Pouch
In the case of returns involving an order with a personalized leather pouch, a deduction of €10 will be applied to your refund. Like with the personalized box, choosing store credit negates this deduction.
