What if I missed the delivery?Updated a year ago

If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a second attempt the following day or take your order to a local pickup point. You will receive an email or a note from the courier with instructions on what to do. If you miss the second attempt or fail to pick up your order within 5 business days, it will be returned to us. Please note that any failed delivery in such case is your responsibility. If your order is returned to our warehouse, we will resend it to you for a small shipping and handling fee of €9. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to miss the delivery attempts or fail to pick up your order within the given time frame. If you do decide to cancel your order at this point, we will need to deduct €14,95 to cover for the expenses incurred by our team to process and ship your order. However, please note that we would be more than happy to resend your order for a small shipping and handling fee of €9. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
