What are the rules for returns?Updated a year ago

Returns are subject to the following rules: 

• You're returning it within 60 days of receiving your order
• The item you return is unused, unworn, undamaged and can be resold.
• The item and the packaging are in the original condition
• The item has not been personalized or engraved.

We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Each return will be thoroughly inspected by our return department before it is accepted for a refund or exchange. If returned items are unsellable due to damage (e.g. scratches or breakage) we can ship it back to you via postage for a fee of €9,95 or deduct a repair fee of €20-€50 depending on the extent of the damage and additional time.
