What about the shipping costs when using lifetime warranty?Updated 10 months ago

If you notice something is wrong with your jewellery within 72 hours of delivery (layer 2) we will pay all associated shipping costs to replace or repair your item. If your jewellery breaks due to a design flaw after 72 hours but within the first 12 months (layer 3), we will repair or replace your item free of charge. However, we kindly request that you bear the initial cost of sending the item back to us.

Please note that when making use of your Lifetime Warranty after 12 months (layer 4), you're always responsible for shipping it back to us. Once you have received a new or repaired item, your lifetime warranty will reset again.
