If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will assess the extent of the damage and provide a suitable solution, such as a free replacement or a gift card as compensation. Please note that we cannot exchange damaged items reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
Although we take great care in packaging your order, we cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging upon arrival as the delivery process is beyond our control. However, if the products inside the damaged packaging are also damaged, we are happy to replace it for you. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance here.
