I received a damaged item can I get a refund?Updated a year ago

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage so that we can assess the extent of the damage. We are not able to provide a refund, instead, we'll look for a suitable solution, such as a free replacement or a gift card as compensation. Please note that we cannot provide such solutions on damaged items reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
