Do you meet the exchange requirements?

First, check if you meet our return requirements before you start an exchange. Below is a sum-up of our return policy.

• Your order should be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.
• The item you wish to return is unused, unworn, undamaged and can be resold.
• The item has not been personalized or engraved.

We cannot accept returns that do not meet the criteria above.

What happens if you do not meet the requirements?

Each return will be thoroughly inspected by our return department before it is accepted for an exchange. If returned items are damaged and unsellable, a repair fee of €10-€50 may apply, depending on the extent of the damage and additional time required. Alternatively, we can send back your order as-is for a shipping and handling fee of €9. Please make sure to pack your exchange according to the instructions provided. If we receive your exchange outside our 30-day return window, a shipping and handling fee of €9 will be charged.

How to pack my exchange?

When sending back your item for another size or design make sure not to send back the big box. Instead, send your item back in the leather pouch inside the drawer covered in the bubble envelope. This will decrease the cost of shipping and increase the chance of a successful delivery.
