Minor scratches can be removed with a soft cloth or polishing cloth / polishing stick, but deeper scratches may require professional polishing or repair / replacement. We provide a polishing cloth which you can use to remove minor scratches from your jewellery. This polishing cloth has also been impregnated with a special formula that prevents tarnishing.

It is better to prevent scratches instead of fixing them. We recommend you store your jewellery in a separate compartment or pouch, like the leather pouch we provide with your order. Make sure not to put multiple pieces of jewellery in the same pouch. The number one cause for scratches on your jewellery is the direct contact with other materials and objects. We highly recommend to avoid direct contact with things like gym equipment, stones, etc.
