How can I cancel or change my order?Updated a year ago

Cancellation or modification of an order is possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been fulfilled or shipped yet.

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible via our live chat.

Please note that once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return or exchange process.

Depending on your country it is sometimes possible to change the address even after we have shipped your order. This is only the case for minor typos and can be done via the couriers website with your tracking code, via their mobile app or by reaching out to them via the phone.
