Not satisfied with your item?

No problem, return it to us and we'll ship you any other desired item. If the price of the new item is different from the original, we'll settle the difference accordingly.

Is the exchange free?

We aim to make the exchange process as easy as possible. While we do not provide free returns, we do offer free shipping on all exchange items back to you. For any second or subsequent exchanges, a shipping and handling fee of €9 will be charged.

Do you meet the exchange requirements?

You can only send your item back to us for another size or item if you meet the three requirements from our return policy below:

  • We cannot exchange items that are sent back to us in used or worn condition.
  • We cannot exchange items that have been personalized or engraved.
  • We can only exchange items that are returned to us within 30 days after you have received it. During gifting seasons, we extend this policy to 60 days.

Exchanges that are sent back to us while not meeting these requirements will be rejected.

What if your exchange is rejected?

Each return will be thoroughly inspected by our return department before it is accepted for an exchange. If returned items are damaged and unsellable, a repair fee of €10-€50 may apply, depending on the extent of the damage and additional time required. Alternatively, we can send back your order as-is for a shipping and handling fee of €9. Please make sure to pack your exchange according to the instructions provided. If we receive your exchange outside our 30-day return window, a shipping and handling fee of €9 will be charged.
