Can I change the address after placing the order?Updated a year ago

Changing your address is possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been fulfilled or shipped yet.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible via the chat box.

Once we've shipped your order it is not possible to change your address.

However, depending on your country and the courier it is sometimes possible to make minor changes to the address even after we have shipped your order. This can be done via the couriers website with your tracking code, via their mobile app or by reaching out to them via the phone.

Please note that any failed delivery due to an incorrect address is your responsibility. If your order is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you for the correct address and resend your order for a small shipping and handling fee of €9.
