How it works

1. Day 1 – material guarantee

Your jewellery is made from solid 925 sterling silver.
It will not fade, flake, or rust.


2. Within 48 hours – delivery check

Notice damage, scratches, or an issue upon arrival?

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include clear photos

We’ll provide a free replacement, repair, or another suitable solution.


3. First 12 months – full coverage

If your item breaks due to a design flaw:

  • We repair or replace it free of charge
  • You cover return shipping

4. After 12 months – lifetime support

If your item breaks due to a design flaw after 12 months:

  • We still repair or replace it
  • A reduced fee may apply to cover materials and handling

What’s covered

  • Broken or faulty clasps
  • Snapped chains or bracelet links
  • Loose or cracked stones
  • Soldering issues

What’s not covered

  • Damage from wear or improper use (scratches, dents, bending)
  • Tarnishing (a natural effect of silver)
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Items modified by third parties

Shipping costs

  • Within 48 hours: we cover all shipping
  • Within 12 months: you cover return shipping, we cover the rest
  • After 12 months: you cover shipping and a reduced service fee
