Within 48 hours of delivery

Noticed damage, scratches, or an issue?

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Include clear photos

We’ll provide a free replacement, repair, or another suitable solution.


Within the first 12 months

If your piece breaks due to a design flaw:

  • We’ll repair or replace it free of charge
  • You only cover the return shipping

After 12 months

Still covered for design flaws:

  • We’ll offer a repair or replacement
  • A reduced fee may apply, depending on the item and damage

What’s covered vs what’s not covered

Covered (design flaws) Not covered (wear or external factors)
Broken or faulty clasps Damage caused by wear or improper use (e.g. bending a bangle too far)
Snapped chains or bracelet links Scratches, dents, or general wear over time
Loose or cracked stones Tarnishing (a natural effect of silver)

Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications

What’s not covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use or external factors.

This includes:

  • Wear and tear over time
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Scratches, dents, or bending
  • Tarnishing (natural for silver)
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Third-party repairs or modifications

Shipping costs

  • Within 48 hours: we cover all shipping
  • Within 12 months: you cover return shipping, we handle the rest
  • After 12 months: you cover shipping and a reduced service fee
