Can I exchange for another size?

Bought the wrong size? No problem.
You can return your item and we’ll ship your preferred new size.

Please note that personalized (engraved or custom) items cannot be exchanged.

To avoid the hassle of exchanges, we recommend checking our men’s jewellery size charts before ordering.


Is the exchange free?

Yes β€” returning your item for a gift card is completely free.

We aim to make the exchange process as simple as possible:

  • Return shipping is at your own cost.
  • We cover the shipping cost for your first size exchange.
  • For any second or further exchanges, a €10 handling fee applies, along with a shipping fee depending on your location.

Do you meet the exchange requirements?

Before initiating an exchange, please ensure your order meets our return criteria:

  • Your order must be returned within 60 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and resellable.
  • The item must not be personalized or engraved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges that do not meet these conditions.


What if your exchange is rejected?

All returns are carefully inspected by our returns team.
If an item is returned damaged or in unsellable condition:

  • A repair fee may apply, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • Alternatively, we can return the item to you in its current condition, with a return shipping fee applied.

How do you start an exchange?

  • To start your exchange, visit our Return Portal.
  • You will need your order number (starting with NTF) and the email address used for your purchase. You can find these details in your confirmation email or request them via our customer service.
