How and when should I clean my jewellery?

To keep your NineTwoFive piece looking its best, we recommend regular care combined with occasional deep cleaning.

Regular cleaning (every 2–3 weeks)

Use a soft polishing cloth to gently remove dirt, oils, and daily buildup.

Deep cleaning (every 3–6 months)

For a more thorough clean, use a silver-safe cleaning solution.

Alternatively, you can visit a professional jeweller for expert care.

Important for oxidized designs

Some of our pieces feature a deliberately darkened finish for contrast and depth.

• Avoid aggressive cleaning methods
• Do not use chemical dips or scrub these areas
• Clean gently to preserve the original design

We also do not recommend using ultrasonic cleaners, as the vibrations can damage the finish and remove oxidation.

• Avoid using tissues or paper towels, as they can scratch the surface
• Store your jewellery in a dry place, preferably in the original pouch or box
